Grounded in listening.
Guided by you.

My work is shaped by a deep belief that each person carries their own wisdom, sometimes buried under stress, hurt, or years of not being truly heard. Therapy, at its best, is a space to rediscover that.

I draw from a range of evidence-based frameworks, but what guides every session is genuine presence, careful pacing, and respect for your unique experience. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all approaches, I believe in listening well and responding to what actually matters to you.

Each session is adapted to your needs, your values, and your pace.

What informs my practice

01

Attachment-Based & Relational Work

Our earliest relationships shape how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we navigate the world. By exploring these patterns, with curiosity rather than judgement, we can begin to build more secure ways of being in relationship, including with ourselves.

02

Humanistic & Person-Centred Therapy

At the heart of my work is a fundamental trust in you. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to give you answers, but to create the conditions, warmth, genuine acceptance, non-judgement, in which your own clarity and healing can emerge.

03

Culturally Sensitive & Anti-Oppressive Frameworks

I bring cultural humility and an anti-oppressive lens to every session, recognizing that your struggles are not separate from the social, political, and cultural contexts you live within. I make space for all of your identities, not just the ones that feel "easy" to name.

04

Existential & Feminist Perspectives

Questions of meaning, identity, voice, and choice are often at the heart of what brings people to therapy. Drawing from existential and feminist frameworks, I create space to explore who you are, what you want, and what kind of life feels true to you.

05

Narrative Therapy

You are not your problem, the problem is the problem. Narrative therapy helps us separate who you are from the stories that have kept you stuck, and find new, more empowering ways to understand and tell your own story.

06

Strength-Based & Motivational Interviewing

I don't focus only on what's going wrong, I hold space for what's already strong in you. Motivational interviewing helps explore ambivalence and gently support your own motivation for change, at your own pace.
